Shipping policy
SHIPPING
Every order is packed and shipped from our fulfillment partner in Colorado.
Rates
- $6.95 flat rate on orders under $55
- Free shipping on orders $55 and over
Rates are calculated automatically at checkout. We ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Delivery time
Once shipped, most orders arrive in 3–7 business days depending on your location. Orders to the West Coast typically arrive faster than those on the East Coast.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and aren't guaranteed. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays can add time.
Tracking
Your tracking number arrives by email as soon as your order leaves our facility. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement — that's normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute a package once it's shipped, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address will need to be reshipped at standard shipping rates.
Lost, delayed, or stolen packages
If tracking shows delivered but your order isn't there, check with neighbors, your building, and any alternate delivery spots first. Packages sometimes show as delivered a day early.
If it's still missing after 48 hours, email hello@pinkdawn.co with your order number and we'll help you file a carrier claim. We aren't able to refund packages the carrier has confirmed as delivered.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement — no return needed.
Heat and weather
Our pouches are shelf-stable and travel well. If your package sits in extreme heat, the powder may clump slightly. It's still perfectly good — break it up with a spoon and whisk as usual. If it doesn't look right to you, email us.
