A ritual carried forward
Pink chai, made modern.
Pink chai, made modern.
Pink chai has been made and shared for generations. Creamy, spiced, unmistakably pink.
PinkDawn brings it into the format the rest of your life already runs on. One scoop, ninety seconds, hot or iced.
Nothing about it has been simplified. It's just faster now.
FROM THE FOUNDER
My mom made pink chai for special occasions. Weddings, Eid, those first cold winter nights, but never on a Tuesday.
A few years ago I tried making it myself, and I finally understood why. Boiling, pouring, aerating, waiting — 45 minutes before you have anything to drink. It isn't a cup of tea. It's a project.
So I spent fourteen months trying to keep everything that makes it worth the effort, while removing the effort. Version 49 was close, but it wasn't bold enough. Version 50 was the one. I have the spreadsheet.
I have ADHD and a toddler. I knew that if this took more than two minutes, I wouldn't drink it — and a ritual you don't come back to isn't a ritual.

If it isn't delicious, nothing else matters. Flavor is the reason a ritual survives past week two. Life's too short for bad chai.
Ninety seconds. One scoop. No stove, no extra steps to remember. The rituals that last are the ones that don't ask much.
Real spices, no artificial sweeteners, colors, or flavors. Every ingredient is there because it earns its place.
Each year, 5% of our profits go to Sahar Education, which has been getting Afghan girls and women into classrooms since 2001.
Pink chai comes from a part of the world where a lot of women have been shut out of classrooms. We publish the number every year.
THE BLEND
Cardamom arrives bright. Cinnamon warms underneath. Rose finishes, soft and floral, and stays a moment.
Everything else works underneath — saffron, warm spices, tea, a little salt. You won't pick them out. You'll just notice it tastes finished.
