Getting it to you

Shipping is $6.95 anywhere in the lower 48, and it's on us once your order reaches $55. Two pouches will do it.

We pack orders within 1–2 business days and they usually arrive 3–7 days after that. Everything ships from Colorado, so if you're on the West Coast, it tends to show up early.

We're not shipping internationally yet, but we're working on it.

When it arrives

A note on texture: our pink chai is a tea and spice blend, and spices respond to warmth. If your pouch has spent an afternoon in a hot mailbox, the powder may settle or firm up a little. Nothing's wrong with it. Press it with the back of your scoop and it loosens immediately. Keep it sealed somewhere cool and dry and it'll stay loose.

If something isn't right

Reach out. Really — that's what we're here for.

You have 30 days from delivery. Email hello@pinkdawn.co with your order number and we'll take care of you from there.

Unopened pouches and unused glassware can come back within 30 days for a refund of the product price. Return shipping isn't covered, and we aren't able to refund the original shipping cost.

Opened pouches we can't accept back, since it's food. But please still tell us if something was off — a broken seal, a taste that surprised you, clumping that wouldn't budge. We'd much rather make it right than have you quietly disappointed.

If it arrives damaged

Send us a photo of the item and the packaging within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you, whichever you'd prefer. Keep the original — no need to ship anything back.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it on your end.
